Overview
Beijing Normal University (BNU) is a public university in Haidian, Beijing, with roots going back to 1902. It is co-funded by the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Municipal Government and belongs to Project 211, Project 985 and the Double First-Class initiative. It has around 38,000 students.
It is one of China's best-known institutions for teacher education, education science and psychology, and it is also strong in the basic sciences and humanities. The roughly 30 bachelor's programs open to international students are taught in Chinese and include education (including preschool and special education), Chinese language and literature, calligraphy, history, astronomy, geography, environmental science, mathematics, law, art and design, dance and musicology. It suits students planning a career in education or in the Chinese language.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026): Tüm bölümler Çince. Harç: sosyal/beşeri 24.000, fen-mühendislik-sanat 27.700 RMB/yıl. Başvuru ücreti 500 RMB. CSCA zorunlu (matematik + Çince). - Lisans başvurusu için adayların en az 'üniversite 2. sınıf' seviyesinde olması (yani genellikle transfer/ikinci lisans esaslı bir model, ayrıca doğrudan lise mezunu başvuruları için ayrı programlar da mevcuttur) ve geçerli yabancı pasaport sahibi olması istenir; iyi sağlık durumu ve iyi ahlaki sicil şarttır. Çince yürütülen programlar için HSK belgesi, İngilizce yürütülen programlar veya anadili İngilizce olmayan öğrenciler için ilgili bölümün belirlediği İngilizce yeterlilik kanıtı (IELTS/TOEFL) veya İngilizce eğitim dilli bir programdan mezuniyet belgesi istenir. Gerekli belgeler: online başvuru formu, pasaport biyografik sayfası ve varsa vize sayfası, en son diploma/kayıt belgesi, en son dönem akademik transkript, öğretmen referans mektubu, dil yeterlilik belgesi, sabıka kaydı belgesi, 450 RMB başvuru ücreti dekontu. Başvuru dönemleri: Güz (Eylül başlangıç) dönemi için 10 Mart – 30 Haziran; Bahar (Mart başlangıç) dönemi için 10 Ekim – 15 Aralık. Başvurular https://international.bnu.edu.cn/ üzerinden yapılır. Yüksek lisans/doktora programlarında lisans/yüksek lisans diploması, araştırma önerisi ve daha yüksek dil yeterliliği (özellikle İngilizce yürütülen programlarda IELTS 6,5+ gibi) istenir.
- Lisans yıllık öğrenim ücretleri, çoğu sosyal bilim/beşeri bilim programında ¥24.000 (~3.380 USD), fizik/kimya/matematik/bilgisayar gibi fen/mühendislik alanlarında ¥27.700 (~3.900 USD) civarındadır (1 USD ≈ 7,1 RMB). Yüksek lisans (akademik) ücretleri sosyal bilimlerde ¥25.300, fen bilimlerinde ¥32.300; doktora ücretleri sosyal bilimlerde ¥32.300, fen bilimlerinde ¥41.400 civarındadır. Yabancı Dil Olarak Çince Öğretimi (TCSOL) yüksek lisansı toplam ¥32.500; İngilizce yürütülen yüksek lisans programları ise ¥50.600–¥80.000 aralığında toplam ücrete sahiptir. Yurt (standart çift kişilik oda) günlük ~120 RMB civarında (eski veri, güncel teyit önerilir). Zorunlu sağlık sigortası kapsamı en az 400.000 RMB olmalı, prim yıllık 600 RMB veya dönemlik 300 RMB'dir. CSC (Çin Hükümeti Bursu) ve BNU'nun kendi kurumsal bursları mevcuttur; tam burslu CSC seçeneğinde öğrenim ücreti muafiyeti, yurt ve aylık yaşam bursu sağlanır.
