Overview
Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT) is a public university founded in Beijing in 1955. It is co-funded by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and belongs to Project 211 and the Double First-Class initiative. It has around 27,000 students.
It is one of China's most established universities for information and communication technology; communication and electronic engineering, computer science, cyber security and artificial intelligence are its strongest fields, and it works closely with major telecom and technology companies. Of the 17 bachelor's programs on our list for international students, computer science is taught in English and the others in Chinese, including communication engineering, cyber security, robot engineering, e-commerce and law.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026): Resmi 2026 broşürü (xxgk.bupt.edu.cn; ois.bupt.edu.cn bot korumalı). Lisans harcı Çince/İngilizce 24.600 RMB/yıl, 4 yıl. Çince: HSK5 (Çin Dili bölümü HSK4); İngilizce: TOEFL 80/IELTS 6. CSCA zorunlu (Matematik+Fizik), yaş ≤30. Başvuru 20 Ekim–20 Nisan. İngilizce lisans yalnızca Bilgisayar Bilimi.
- Lisans başvurularında Çince eğitim dilli programlar için HSK 5 seviyesi, İngilizce eğitim dilli programlar için ise TOEFL 80 (veya dengi IELTS puanı) istenmektedir. Adayların lise diplomasına sahip olması ve genellikle 25 yaşını aşmamış olması beklenir; başvuru son tarihi genellikle 15 Mayıs civarındadır (yıla göre değişebilir). Standart belgeler arasında noter onaylı diploma ve transkriptler, dil yeterlilik belgesi, pasaport kopyası, sağlık raporu, niyet mektubu ve referans mektupları yer alır. Yüksek lisans ve doktora programlarında dil şartı genellikle daha yüksektir (HSK 5-6 veya İngilizce programlarda IELTS 6.5+), ayrıca akademik geçmiş, araştırma önerisi ve bir danışman öğretim üyesiyle ön temas talep edilir; BUPT'nin telekomünikasyon ve bilgi teknolojileri alanındaki yüksek akademik standartları nedeniyle yüksek lisans/doktora kabul süreci nispeten rekabetçidir.
- Uluslararası lisans öğrencileri için yıllık öğrenim ücretleri programa göre 26.000-40.000 RMB (~3.650-5.600 USD) arasında değişmektedir; İngilizce eğitim dilli ve mühendislik/bilgisayar bilimi ağırlıklı programlar üst banda yakındır. Barınma maliyetleri paylaşımlı odalarda (2-4 kişilik) aylık 900-1.200 RMB, tek kişilik odalarda ise 1.500-2.500 RMB arasındadır. Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC), tam öğrenim ücreti muafiyeti, barınma, sağlık sigortası ve lisans öğrencileri için aylık yaklaşık 2.500 RMB burs sağlamaktadır; ayrıca Pekin Belediyesi bursu ve üniversite bursları da mevcuttur. BUPT'nin bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri alanındaki stratejik önemi nedeniyle CSC ve Pekin hükümeti burs kontenjanları bu alanda nispeten cömerttir.
