Overview
Dalian University of Technology (DUT) is a public university founded in 1949 in the Ganjingzi district of Dalian, a port city in Liaoning province. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education and belongs to Project 211, Project 985 and the Double First-Class initiative. It has around 43,500 students.
It is engineering-focused; naval architecture and ocean engineering, chemical engineering, and civil and mechanical engineering are among its strongest fields. International students can choose from about 50 bachelor's programs, nine of them in English: environmental and ecological engineering, applied physics, engineering mechanics, applied chemistry, mathematics, pharmacy, process equipment and control, intelligent construction, and mechanical design. Chinese-taught programs include architecture, aircraft design, artificial intelligence and business administration.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2027 (CUCAS); ücretler resmi 2026 ile aynı): İKİNCİL KAYNAK: Resmi listeler (sie.dlut.edu.cn eki .rar) doğrulama kodu (验证码) arkasında. Resmi 2026 harç: Çince beşeri 19.500, fen/müh./iktisat 20.500, mimarlık 22.500, sanat 25.000; İngilizce 25.500 RMB. Başvuru 800 RMB. Dil: Çince fen HSK4 (180+), beşeri HSK5; İngilizce TOEFL 80 / IELTS 5.5 / Duolingo 100. CSCA zorunlu, yaş 18-25. Süre: Mimarlık 5, diğerleri 4 varsayıldı.
- Lisans programlarına başvuran uluslararası öğrencilerden 18-25 yaş aralığında olmaları, lise diplomasına sahip olmaları (mezun olmamışsa mezuniyet taahhüdü ile başvurabilirler) ve iyi bir sağlık durumuna sahip olmaları istenir. Çince eğitim dilli programlarda dil şartı bölüme göre değişir: Fen, Mühendislik ve İşletme alanlarında HSK 4 seviyesi (180 puan ve üzeri), Beşeri Bilimler ve Sosyal Bilimler alanlarında ise HSK 5 seviyesi (180 puan ve üzeri) gereklidir; dil sertifikalarının başvuru tarihinden itibaren en fazla 2 yıl önce alınmış olması gerekir. 2026-2027 döneminden itibaren CSCA (China Studies for College Admission) sınav sonucu da zorunlu hale gelmektedir. Gerekli belgeler arasında noter onaylı lise diploması ve İngilizce/Çince tercümesi, not dökümü, dil yeterlilik belgesi, en az 600 kelimelik kişisel niyet mektubu/çalışma planı, okul müdüründen veya öğretmenden referans mektubu, sağlık raporu ve kan tahlilleri, Eylül 2026 sonrasına kadar geçerli pasaport, adli sicil kaydı ve kendi bütçesiyle okuyacaklar için en az 50.000 RMB'lik banka hesap dökümü yer alır. Başvurular 1 Kasım 2025'te açılır, Haziran 2026 sonuna kadar tamamlanması önerilir ve kayıtlar Eylül başında yapılır; başvuru ücreti 800 RMB'dir. Yüksek lisans ve doktora başvurularında dil şartı genellikle HSK 5-6 seviyesine yükselir, ayrıca akademik referans, araştırma önerisi ve bir danışman öğretim üyesiyle ön iletişim beklenir.
- Lisans düzeyinde yıllık ücretler bölüme göre değişmektedir: Beşeri Bilimler ve Yabancı Diller 19.500 RMB (~2.700 USD), Fen-Mühendislik-İşletme 20.500 RMB (~2.850 USD), Mimarlık 22.500 RMB (~3.150 USD), Sanat ve Tasarım 25.000 RMB (~3.500 USD) civarındadır (kur ~7,15 RMB/USD alınarak). Yüksek lisans ücretleri yaklaşık 26.250 RMB/yıl olarak bildirilmektedir. Aylık yaşam giderleri (barınma dahil) ortalama 2.800 RMB civarında tahmin edilmektedir; bu, Pekin/Şanghay'a kıyasla oldukça uygundur. DUT, Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC) dahil olmak üzere tam veya kısmi burs imkanları sunmaktadır; CSC bursu genellikle tam öğrenim ücreti muafiyeti, barınma, sağlık sigortası ve aylık burs (lisans için yaklaşık 2.500 RMB civarı) içerir. Ayrıca üniversite ve Liaoning eyalet hükümeti bursları da mevcuttur.
