Overview
Shandong University (SDU) traces its official founding to the Imperial Shandong University, opened in Jinan in 1901 as China's second modern national university. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education and belongs to Project 211, Project 985 and the Double First-Class initiative. Most of its campuses are in the provincial capital Jinan, with others in Weihai and Qingdao. With around 67,000 students, it is one of China's largest universities.
Mathematics, chemistry and medicine are among its strengths; its medical school traces its roots to Cheeloo University. International students can choose from about 20 bachelor's programs; clinical medicine (MBBS), stomatology (dentistry), nursing, tourism management, mechanical design and intelligent manufacturing engineering are available in English. Chinese-taught programs include clinical pharmacy, economics, journalism and teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026-2027): Harç alan grubuna göre: Çince 18.000/21.000/25.000 RMB (sosyal-ekonomi-yönetim/fen-müh./tıp), İngilizce 26.000/30.000/32.000, İng. Klinik Tıp 45.000. Başvuru ücreti 400 RMB. ZH: HSK5-180 (TCSOL için HSK4-210); EN: IELTS 6.0/TOEFL 80. CSCA zorunlu. Liste broşür görsellerinden okundu.
- Lisans başvurusu apply.sdu.edu.cn üzerinden online yapılır; adayların lise diploması/transkriptleri, pasaport, sağlık raporu, sabıka kaydı gibi standart belgeleri sunması gerekir. Dil şartı bölüme göre değişir: Çince yürütülen programlarda genellikle HSK 4-5 seviyesi, İngilizce yürütülen programlarda (ör. MBBS Tıp) ise İngilizce yeterlilik belgesi istenir. 2025 lisans başvuru talimatlarına göre başvurular tipik olarak yılın ilk aylarından (Ocak-Nisan) itibaren alınır ve Eylül dönemi girişi hedeflenir; Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC) başvuranlar için ayrı ve genellikle daha erken bir son tarih uygulanır. - Kaynaklar arasında değişkenlik olmakla birlikte, lisans programlarında yıllık öğrenim ücreti genel 985 üniversite ortalamasına paralel olarak yaklaşık 20.000-30.000 CNY (~2.750-4.150 USD) bandında, Tıp/MBBS gibi daha yoğun programlarda ise 26.000-45.000 CNY'ye (~3.600-6.200 USD) kadar çıkabilmektedir (bazı kaynaklar Tıp için ~45.000 CNY/yıl bildirmektedir). Jinan'daki yaşam maliyeti Şangay/Pekin'e göre belirgin şekilde daha düşüktür. Burs imkanları çeşitlidir: Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC), 'Shandong University Scholarship for Outstanding International Students' (üniversitenin kendi bursu) ve Confucius Enstitüsü bursları mevcuttur; bu burslar öğrenim ücreti muafiyeti, kısmi/tam yaşam ödeneği ve bazen konaklama desteği içerebilir.
