Overview
Southwestern University of Finance and Economics (SWUFE) is a public university in Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan province, with roots going back to 1925. It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education, co-funded by the Sichuan provincial government, and belongs to Project 211 and the Double First-Class initiative. In 2014 its School of Business Administration became the first business school in Western China to receive EQUIS accreditation.
It has around 24,000 students. Finance, economics, accounting, insurance and financial engineering are its strongest fields. International students can choose from about 40 bachelor's programs; accounting, business administration, economics, finance and e-commerce with a focus on AI can be studied in English. Chengdu is known for its low cost of living and lively city life.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026): Harç: Çince lisans 16.000, İngilizce lisans 20.000 RMB/yıl; başvuru ücreti 600 RMB. CSCA zorunlu (Çince programlar: Mesleki Çince + Matematik; İngilizce programlar: Matematik İng.). İngilizce programlar IELTS 6.0/TOEFL 80. Başvuru 1 Kas 2025-30 Haz 2026.
- Lisans programlarına başvuran uluslararası öğrencilerin lise diplomasına ve transkriptlerine sahip olması, 25 yaşın altında olması ve iyi bir akademik/ahlaki sicile sahip olması gerekir. Çince yürütülen programlar için HSK 4 (bazı bölümlerde HSK 5) seviyesinde Çince yeterliliği, İngilizce yürütülen programlar için ise IELTS 6.0 veya TOEFL iBT 80 civarında bir puan genel olarak beklenir (kesin eşik programa göre değişebilir, doğrudan Uluslararası Eğitim Koleji ile teyit edilmelidir). Gerekli belgeler arasında pasaport kopyası, noter onaylı lise diploması ve transkriptler, sağlık raporu, polis kaydı/sabıka kaydı belgesi, motivasyon mektubu ve iki referans mektubu yer alır. Başvurular genellikle Mart-Haziran döneminde alınır, Eylül döneminde eğitim başlar; bazı burslu kontenjanlar (Çin Hükümeti Bursu Tip B - İpek Yolu Programı gibi) için daha erken (genellikle Nisan) son tarihler uygulanır. Yüksek lisans/doktora başvurularında ayrıca ilgili lisans/yüksek lisans diploması, akademik referanslar ve araştırma önerisi istenir; yaş sınırı yüksek lisans için 35, doktora için 40'tır. - Lisans programları: Çince yürütülen programlarda yıllık 16.000 RMB (~2.200 USD), İngilizce yürütülen programlarda yıllık 20.000 RMB (~2.750 USD). Yüksek lisans: Çince 20.000 RMB, İngilizce 25.000 RMB, MBA (Çince) 25.000 RMB. Doktora: Çince 25.000 RMB, İngilizce 30.000 RMB. Bu rakamlar, Çin'deki 985/211 üniversitelerinin çoğuna kıyasla oldukça uygun fiyatlı kabul edilir. Yurt ücretleri dönemlik 4.000-6.000 RMB (yıllık yaklaşık 8.000-12.000 RMB) arasında değişir; buna ek olarak başvuru ücreti 600 RMB ve zorunlu sağlık sigortası (6 ay için 500 RMB veya yıllık 1.000 RMB) eklenir. Burs olanakları arasında Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC) - tam burs (öğrenim ücreti muafiyeti, ücretsiz konaklama, aylık 2.500-3.500 RMB burs ve sağlık sigortası) ve özellikle 'İpek Yolu Programı' (Silk Road Program) Tip B bursu bulunur; bu burs Türkiye gibi Kuşak ve Yol ülkelerinden gelen öğrencilere öncelik tanır.
