Overview
The University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) is a public university founded in 1951 in Beijing's Chaoyang district. It is co-funded by China's Ministry of Education and Ministry of Commerce and belongs to Project 211 and the Double First-Class initiative. Holding EQUIS, AACSB and AMBA accreditations, it is regarded as one of China's leading institutions for international trade and economics.
It has around 16,000 students. International students can choose from 24 bachelor's programs, seven of them in English: economics, international trade, finance, international finance and investment, business administration, marketing and international politics. Chinese-taught programs include accounting, law, customs management, logistics, insurance and simultaneous interpreting.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026): Çince programlar 24.800 RMB (Simultane Tercüme 30.000). İngilizce IUP 49.750 RMB, TOEFL 86 / IELTS 6.0. Başvuru 660 RMB, ön ödeme 10.000 RMB.
- İngilizce eğitim veren Uluslararası Lisans Programları'na (IUP) başvuru için TOEFL en az 86 veya IELTS en az 6.0 gerekmektedir (alternatif olarak Cambridge A Level BBC veya üzeri, ya da GRE/IGCSE sonuçları da değerlendirilebilir); lise eğitimi İngilizce dilinde alınmışsa resmi bir dil yeterlilik yazısı test sonucunun yerine geçebilir. Akademik olarak lise diploması ve iyi sağlık durumu şartı aranır, 18 yaş altı adaylar için noter onaylı vasilik belgesi istenir. Gerekli belgeler arasında lise mezuniyet belgesi ve not dökümü, geçerli pasaport, iki adet vesikalık fotoğraf, dil test sonucu, eğitim ücretini karşılayabilecek mali durumu gösteren varlık belgesi, sabıka kaydı belgesi ve kefil pasaport kopyası bulunur; belgeler Çince veya İngilizce olmalıdır ve sonuçtan bağımsız olarak iade edilmez. Başvuru dönemleri: Bahar dönemi için 20 Ekim–31 Aralık, Güz dönemi için 20 Mart–30 Haziran'dır. Çince eğitim veren lisans programları için ayrıca HSK seviyesi istenmesi beklenir (genellikle HSK 4-5); yüksek lisans/doktora programlarında akademik referans mektupları ve daha yüksek dil yeterliliği (HSK 5-6 veya daha yüksek IELTS/TOEFL eşiği) aranmaktadır.
- İngilizce eğitim veren Uluslararası Lisans Programı'nın (IUP) yıllık tuition ücreti 49.750 RMB'dir (yaklaşık 6.900 USD), buna ek olarak 660 RMB başvuru ücreti ve 10.000 RMB iade edilmeyen ön ödeme talep edilmektedir; bu, araştırılan beş üniversite arasında en yüksek tuition seviyesidir ve UIBE'nin işletme/ekonomi odaklı prestijli konumunu yansıtmaktadır. Çince eğitim veren programların ücretleri genellikle daha düşüktür (tipik olarak 20.000-30.000 RMB/yıl aralığında olması beklenir, kesin rakam için üniversiteyle teyit önerilir). Üniversite, Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC - hem İkili Program hem de İpek Yolu Programı kapsamında), Uluslararası Çince Öğretmenliği Bursu ve UIBE'nin kendi burs programları dahil olmak üzere kapsamlı bir burs altyapısına sahiptir; bu burslar tam/kısmi tuition muafiyeti, konaklama desteği ve bazı durumlarda aylık yaşam gideri sağlayabilmektedir.
