Overview
Xi'an International Studies University (XISU) is a provincial public university in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi province. It is a member of the G8 group of eight Chinese universities specialising in foreign languages and international studies. It has three campuses: Yanta in the north (the old campus), Chang'an in Xi'an University City, and Yahe.
All of its more than 50 bachelor's programs open to international students are taught in Chinese. Alongside many language majors, including English, Arabic, Belarusian, Czech, Filipino, Greek and Hindi, it offers diplomacy, cross-border e-commerce, finance, accounting, broadcasting, and film and television. Xi'an, the starting point of the Silk Road and an ancient capital of China, offers student life steeped in history and culture.

Admission requirements and notes

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026): Harç 16.000 RMB/yıl (sanat bölümleri 28.000). HSK4 (180+), bazı bölümler HSK5; CSCA Çince+Matematik zorunlu (Çin dili bölümlerinde HSK4 ile Çince muaf). Kayıt ücreti 600 RMB/yıl, sigorta 1000. Listede öğretim dili belirtilmemiş; CSCA Çince istendiği için hepsi Çince kabul edildi.
- XISU'nun resmi uluslararası öğrenci başvuru sayfası genel başvuru akışını şu şekilde özetlemektedir: başvuru formunun ön incelemesi → başvuru ücretinin ödenmesi → giriş sınavı (yazılı + sözlü mülakat) → başarılı adayların belgelerinin ikinci incelemesi → onay sonrası eğitim ücretinin ödenmesi → kabul mektubunun gönderilmesi → kayıt. Ayrıntılı HSK seviyesi, GPA/not ortalaması şartı ve tam belge listesi resmi sayfada açık şekilde yayımlanmamıştır; adayların doğrudan Uluslararası Öğrenciler Ofisi ile iletişime geçmesi önerilir (telefon: 029-85309009 / 029-85309130). Genel olarak Çin'deki benzer dil üniversitelerinde olduğu gibi Çince eğitim veren programlar için en az HSK 4 seviyesi, İngilizce eğitim veren programlar için IELTS/TOEFL beklenmesi olasıdır; kesinleşmemiş bu detaylar için başvuru öncesi üniversiteyle doğrudan teyit önerilir. Yüksek lisans ve doktora programları 72 ortak üniversite ile çift kampüs/ortak derece imkânı sunmaktadır.
- Üçüncü taraf kaynaklara göre (StudyAbroadAide) lisans programlarının yıllık ücreti yaklaşık 16.000 RMB (yaklaşık 2.200 USD), yüksek lisans programları ise yaklaşık 19.800 RMB (yaklaşık 2.750 USD) civarındadır; bu, araştırdığımız beş üniversite arasında en düşük tuition seviyelerinden biridir. Barınma ve burs detayları resmi kaynaklarda ayrıntılı olarak yayımlanmamıştır; Çin Hükümeti Bursu (CSC) ve muhtemelen Şaanxi Eyalet Bursu gibi seçeneklerin mevcut olması beklenmektedir, ancak kesin kapsam için üniversiteyle doğrudan teyit gereklidir.
