Overview
Xidian University is a public university founded in 1931 in Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi province; its Chinese name means "Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology". It is affiliated with the Ministry of Education and belongs to Project 211 and the Double First-Class initiative. It has around 38,000 students.
It focuses on electronics and information technology: electronic and communication engineering, computer science, cyber security and artificial intelligence are its strongest fields. International students can choose from about 20 bachelor's programs; computer science, information and computational science, and applied physics are taught in English. Chinese-taught programs include robotics, automation, biomedical engineering, software engineering and electrical engineering.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026): Harç tüm lisans programlarında 25.000 RMB/yıl (2026 kılavuzu PDF). Çince için HSK5 180+ (Uluslararası Çince Eğitimi için HSK4 210+), İngilizce için IELTS 6.0 / TOEFL 80. - Lisans başvurusu için uluslararası öğrencilerin lise diploması ve transkriptlerinin noter onaylı (Çince veya İngilizce çeviriyle) kopyalarını sunmaları gerekir. Çince yürütülen programlar için HSK sertifikası zorunludur (genel uygulamada en az HSK 4 seviyesi beklenir); İngilizce yürütülen mühendislik/bilgisayar programları için IELTS 6.0 veya TOEFL iBT 80 civarında bir puan istenir. Gerekli belgeler: doldurulmuş başvuru formu ve fotoğraf, noter onaylı lise diploması ve transkriptler, HSK sertifikası (varsa), geçerli pasaport fotokopisi, sağlık raporu ve maddi durum beyanı. Başvuru ücreti 400 RMB'dir; zorunlu sağlık sigortası yıllık yaklaşık 600 RMB'dir. Başvurular genellikle Mart-Haziran arasında online portal (xidian.admissions.cn) üzerinden yapılır, eğitim Eylül'de başlar. Yüksek lisans başvurularında ayrıca ilgili alanda lisans diploması, referans mektupları ve araştırma/çalışma planı istenir; doktora başvurularında yüksek lisans diploması ve akademik yayın/araştırma geçmişi önemlidir. - Lisans programları için yıllık öğrenim ücreti yaklaşık 17.000 RMB (~2.350 USD), yüksek lisans yaklaşık 22.000 RMB (~3.050 USD), doktora yaklaşık 33.000 RMB (~4.600 USD) civarındadır; mühendislik/bilgisayar bilimi gibi yoğun laboratuvar gerektiren programlarda ücretler bandın üst sınırına yakın olabilir. Yurt ücretleri oda tipine göre aylık 600-1.200 RMB (yıllık yaklaşık 6.000-12.000 RMB) arasında değişir, dört kişilik odalarda yıllık yaklaşık 2.500 RMB'den başlayıp tek kişilik lüks odalarda 9.600 RMB'ye kadar çıkabilir.
