Sichuan International Studies University (SISU) is a public university founded in 1950 in Chongqing. It is one of the first four higher-education institutions in China specialising in foreign languages and is regarded as the flagship institution for foreign-language education in southwest China. It has around 10,500 students.
All of the roughly 35 bachelor's programs open to international students are taught in Chinese. Besides many language majors such as Arabic, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Korean, it offers diplomacy, international politics, law, journalism, advertising, finance, international trade, e-commerce and logistics management. It suits students who want to combine language study with the social sciences or business.

- Ücret ve şartlar (2026-2027): Harç 15.000 RMB/yıl (2026-27 resmi broşür), başvuru ücreti 800, sigorta 800 RMB. CSCA zorunlu (Çince + matematik; Çin Dili-Edebiyatı için HSK4 Çince muafiyeti). Bölüm listesi eski resmi sayfadan (interstar.sisu.edu.cn/rxsq/zszy, tarihsiz): Çince Dil bölümü dil şartı yok, diğerleri HSK5; çeviri/İngilizce/uluslararası bölümlerde İngilizce yeterlilik. Broşürde tam liste yok, güncel listeyle teyit önerilir.
- Lisans başvurusu için adayların 18-45 yaş aralığında, sağlıklı ve lise diploması veya dengi bir belgeye sahip olması gerekir. HSK (Çince yeterlilik) sertifikası zorunludur (spesifik seviye üniversite/bölüme göre değişmekle birlikte genelde HSK 4 civarı beklenir — kesin seviye için ilgili fakülteyle teyit önerilir). Gerekli belgeler: uluslararası öğrenci başvuru formu, onaylı lise transkripti, onaylı lise diploması, yabancılar için sağlık muayene raporu, çalışma planı (study plan), HSK sertifika kopyası, pasaport ilk sayfa kopyası. Başvuru dönemi Ocak-Haziran arası, Eylül'de eğitime başlama şeklindedir. Yüksek lisans için adayların 45 yaş altı, lisans diplomalı olması, ayrıca iki doçent veya bir profesör referans mektubu istenir; aynı belge seti (transkript, diploma, sağlık raporu, çalışma planı, HSK, pasaport) geçerlidir. Derece dışı (non-degree, örn. yoğun Çince) programlar için yaş aralığı 18-60'a kadar esnek olup yıl boyunca kayıt mümkündür.
- Derece dışı (non-degree) programlar toplamda 4.000-12.500 RMB (~560-1.760 USD) arasındadır. Lisans programları yıllık yaklaşık 20.000 RMB (~2.820 USD), yüksek lisans yıllık ~25.000 RMB (~3.520 USD), doktora yıllık ~30.000 RMB (~4.225 USD) civarındadır (1 USD ≈ 7,1 RMB). Ek maliyetler: barınma aylık 600-1.200 RMB, yemek aylık 1.000-2.000 RMB, genel yaşam gideri aylık 2.200-2.800 RMB — Chongqing, Şanghay veya Pekin'e kıyasla belirgin biçimde daha ucuz bir şehirdir, bu da SISU'yu Çin'de en düşük maliyetli seçeneklerden biri yapar.
